	Greenish- yellow in colour, this wine expresses good aromatic intensity with fresh pineapple manderin orange and papaya, along with canned pears, apple pie. Great with fish, chicken, salads and cream white wine based sauces. Giles Kime says "This nutty chilean chardonnay offers exactly the sort of rich rounded flavours that make it a perfect match for the chicken dish (Chicken with Anchovy Mayonnaise)."
